After work and before dinner to burn away the day's frustrations?
After dinner when everything else is done and you have some time to yourself?
Honestly? Does it really matter what time you get your workout in?
There are pros and cons for both. There is scientific research for and against both. There is also a life that you have to lead!
There really is no need for gimmicks; if you exercise it is good for you and whether that's a 6AM or 6PM does it really matter?
