Why Personal Training?
Split the cost of Personal Training by training with a friend or maybe a group of friends!
I offer Private Group Training sessions of up to 4 people. So if you have the space in your house or garden you can share your fitness journey with like-minded friends.
Feel the encouragement, share the laughs all whilst getting fitter and stronger.
Whatever your goals are, I will include things that you are going to enjoy, I want your training to feel positive, for it to be sustainable and never like punishment. I want you to look forward to seeing me!
Buddy Up Training Sessions include:
- 45-60 minutes training session
- Plan tailored to suit all of you
- Support between training sessions as required
