What's involved...



When it comes to fitness and exercise, one-size does not fit all!

I offer training sessions and workout plans, designed specifically for you, to help you get the results you want.

One-to-one training ensures the focus of a workout programme is solely on you; no other distractions and yes, means it can be personal and fun!




There is no "best before the age of..." when it comes to trying new things and improving your health and fitness.

Whether you're a fitness fanatic, a lapsed exerciser or a total beginner, male or female, there's a plan to suit you.

How do I start?

Start with a FREE consultation, get to know one another and discover what you want to get from me.

Short and long-term goals will be agreed and set. Lose weight? Improve fitness? Try new training methods? Fit into old jeans?

Your list may be endless, or you may not know where to begin; that's what I am here to help with and help you get there.


When and Where?

Sessions can be carried out at your home, garden or local park - no gym is required.

I will provide all equipment for each session: mat, weights, resistance bands.

We can schedule a time to fit in with you and other commitments.




What happens?

Based on the outcome of a suitability questionnaire and goal-setting, I will put together a plan just for you.

Typical workouts will include a variety of cardio, strength, resistance and bodyweight exercises designed to get you to your goals.

The only thing you need is a positive attitude and readiness to make a change.


How do I start?

Personal Training Sessions can be carried out on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Block bookings are also available for 6, 8 or 12 weeks (discounts apply).
