Hi, I'm Lianne aka Gymima Personal Training

When I began my adventure into fitness I was anything but the picture of health; I was overweight, unfit and full of self-loathing. Almost 9 years ago I decided to do something about it and within 12 months had lost 5st, discovered a love of exercise I didn't know was possible and I made that new passion my job!

Helping people overcome insecurities and enabling people to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin is what I spend my days doing. I can show you that reaching health and fitness goals doesn't have to involve gruelling exercises and eating next to nothing. Exercise can be fun, enjoyable and get you results without the need for any fads. 

You just need to know how to do it and that's where I come in.

What's on offer?
 

The beauty of Personal Training is that it is just that - personal.

I offer a variety of training plans so there is something for everyone; whether you're a complete beginner, getting back after time away or looking to push your current training plan even further, there truly is something for everyone.

The one thing I do ensure is that whichever plan works for you, I will include things you enjoy so that your training feels positive and sustainable and never like punishment!

With slots from Monday - Saturday between 7am and 9pm we can always find something in the diary whether it's for regular sessions or one-offs.
